Ken Franklin joined the firm as an associate in 1998. Ken specializes in business and real estate litigation
in both federal and state courts, with an emphasis on unfair
competition and trade secrets litigation.
Prior to joining Rodi-Pollock, Ken was Assistant General
Counsel to Coast Federal Bank, where he managed the bank's
real estate, business and employment litigation.
